Job Description

Role: Mainframe Assembler Exp: 4+ years Location: Bangalore Note : Hands-on Assembler experience is must have Job Description: Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge in Mainframe technologies, primarily CICS and WebSphere MQ. Proven experience as a developer/system programmer, with a focus on high performance and low latency applications in C/C++. Proficiency in multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. Knowledge of network protocols and distributed systems. Good communication skills to collaborate and deliver in a globally distributed team. Should be able to come up with designs from the requirements, review it with stakeholders and own the delivery end-to-end Experience in working in Agile, Continuous delivery and Test-driven development methodologies. Secondary Skills: Experience with JCL and datasets. Knowledge of API exits (CICS and MQ) Programming experience with Assembler Ability to quickly isolate problem areas and trouble-shoot a given situation systematically.
