Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electrical. Relevant solar training would be preferred. Basic understanding of electrical principles, mechanical skills, and problem-solving abilities. No prior experience required, but any experience in solar installation / electrical or mechanical work is advantageous. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools; knowledge of solar technology is beneficial but not necessary. Incorporate inputs from site surveys and senior engineers into project designs. Learn and follow industry standards and company design practices.
