You will be joining our infrastructure support team as a skilled Mainframe Network System Programmer / Administrator. Your main responsibility will be to manage the installation, maintenance, and performance of z/OS mainframe networking components and related systems. Ensuring system stability, high availability, and performance will be crucial, alongside assisting with disaster recovery planning and troubleshooting. Your key responsibilities will include installing, upgrading, and customizing VTAM, TCP/IP, and other mainframe communication server components. Additionally, you will administer and maintain z/OS network-related products and features using SMP/E, REXX, and Assembler. Proactively monitoring network performance, addressing connectivity issues, enhancing network monitoring, and driving automation improvements will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining and testing Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations from a network perspective and troubleshooting networking-related components such as JES2, HCD, and WLM. Collaboration with technical teams and clients to resolve incidents, develop robust network plans, and documenting configurations, procedures, and system changes thoroughly will be essential. Your role will also involve contributing technical recommendations for service enhancements and stability improvements. To excel in this role, you must have strong expertise in Mainframe Network Administration (VTAM, TCP/IP, JES2, HCD, WLM) and solid experience in z/OS System Programming and SMP/E. Scripting and automation knowledge in REXX, Assembler, and JCL are required skills. A proven ability to troubleshoot mainframe network connectivity and performance issues is crucial, and exposure to broader z/OS components and ecosystem is highly desirable. Your skills in mainframe network administration, troubleshooting, SMP/E, JES2, REXX, network performance monitoring, JCL, automation, WLM, z/OS system programming, disaster recovery planning, HCD, Assembler, VTAM, TCP/IP, and broader z/OS operating system components will be put to good use in this role.,

Role & responsibilities Development and Analysis, qualification, and method transfer of Process Related Impurities analysis methods. Conducting immunoassays and cell-based assays. To maintain the records and format as per GMP requirement. Procurement and maintaining the materials and reagents required for process impurities assay. You will be working as a member of the Mainframe Tech Services infrastructure support team. Our mission is to provide the IBM system Z infrastructure (hardware and software) required by the ZSolutions business unit R&D, Sales and Customer Support organizations. You will work in conjunction with the Mainframe Tech Services team members and with the various ZSolutions teams to define, configure, install, modify and make available the appropriate z/OS, z/VM and Linux on z hardware and software products to be used for their product development and testing purposes. In addition, you will be responsible for installing the software service, e.g. IBM RSU & PUT, provided by the manufacturers.
