·Project Planning ,Project Management and Scheduling of Multiple projects .Managing and Coordinating Client Escalation if any .Establishing Quality Standards .Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, specifications, and design intent. · Conduct on-site inspections to assess site conditions, measurements, and structural elements. · Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure execution at site is as per approved execution drawings. · Supervise execution activities to ensure they align with project schedules and quality standards. · Monitor progress, resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies, and provide timely updates to the project manager. · Conduct quality control checks to verify workmanship, materials, and finishes meet specified standards. · Manage material procurement, inventory, and delivery schedules to support execution activities. · Document project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan. · Collaborate with the project manager and design team to address design modifications or any change request during the execution phase. · Provide technical expertise and guidance to contractors / subcontractors as needed.
