Position Summary: The candidate is currently responsible for leading Smart Card, High-Security Registration Plate , Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS), and Speed Governor projects, catering to both corporate and government sectors. This role encompasses full-cycle sales and business development, technical training, project solutions, and pan-India operational leadership, treating these assignments as independent profit centers. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Achieve revenue and contribution targets for the region via strategic promotion of smart card, HSRP, VTS, and speed governor solutions among corporate and government clients. - Manage project sales lifecyclepre-sales, certification, bid execution and ensure productivity objectives are met. - Conduct technical certifications and trainings for sales teams, enhancing their capability to deliver fully integrated solutions (hardware + software). - Lead engagement with corporate and government stakeholders across India, generating new business and maintaining principal commitments. - Advocate for assigned product lines, working closely with solutions and services teams on technical architecture. - Identify high-growth segments and position solutions effectively; manage strategic accounts directly. Operations Management: - Oversee end-to-end operations for citizen-centric services such as DLRC, UID, HSRP, NPR, functioning as a profit center. - Plan P&L, feasibility, and budgeting for project rollout, ensuring efficient commissioning. - Manage operational execution across multiple states . - Govern logistics, inventory, HR, partner management, and official liaison. Secure vendor partnerships for enrollment and implementation. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Proven track record managing smart cards, HSRP, VTS, and speed governor projects for corporate and government sectors. - Expertise in full-cycle sales-from proposal to delivery-with strong technical acumen for integrated solutions. - Pan-India operational leadership, including P&L management and profit center operations. - Team development experience: sales enablement, technical training, cross-functional collaboration. - Strong stakeholder management with government and corporate clients, including vendor and official liaison. - Logistical command: inventory management, deployment logistics, partner network, and regional rollout.
