Job Description:

Adept Scribes Private Limited is hiring HCC Medical Coders for our Bangalore office. We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding, ready to take the next step in their career with a fast-growing healthcare documentation company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse medical records for accurate HCC coding.
• Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and client-specific standards.
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team for regular feedback and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HCC coding.
• Certified coder (CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and ICD coding guidelines.
• Good analytical and comprehension skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
