You will be part of the Global Finance Shared Services Team in India, focusing on providing support in Business and Operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare and analyze monthly Actual, AOP & Estimates of SG&A Cost, HC, T&L costs - Deliver commercial reports such as Revenue Forecasts, ASP/volume trends, Position reports, and ad hoc projects - Enhance visibility to Business/Segment results through dashboards and reporting - Analyze Pricing trends, HC Reconciliations, and communicate with key stakeholders - Assist in the preparation of monthly business reviews and support Finance leader in consolidation and interpretation of various inputs - Collaborate with Corp. FP&A and other business teams, driving best practices and efficiencies - Experience in Automation of Reports through leveraging Advance Excel (Macros), Tableau, Power BI, Automation - Testing & Validations of systems during upgradation and enhancements Qualifications required for this role are: - MBA in finance, accounting, business, or related field - Minimum 5 years of progressive Finance experience with at least 3 years in Commercial finance tasks & responsibilities - Critical thinking and strategic mindset - Strong understanding of commercial finance - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work with global cross-functional teams Preferred qualifications include: - Strong working experience using SAP/Business Warehouse, General ERP systems - Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and MS PowerPoint experience Core Competencies expected: - Focusing on Customer - Increasing Global Effectiveness - Furthering Business Knowledge - Embracing a Safety Mindset - Engaging - Collaborating Inclusively - Managing Conflict - Communicating Effectively - Executing - Demonstrating Agility Momentive offers competitive total rewards and development programs, fostering an inclusive culture with diverse career opportunities.
