NTT DATA, Inc. is currently looking for a BPO HC & Insurance Operations Senior Representative to become part of the team in Chennai. As a Senior Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: - Reading and comprehending the process documents provided by the customer. - Analyzing insurance claims and executing them according to standard operating procedures. - Understanding and computing the patients" responsibility, including Coordination of Benefits (COB), and conducting insurance calculations. - Getting acquainted with multiple client applications, navigating through them efficiently, and capturing essential data for processing insurance claims. The qualifications required for this position are as follows: - Prior experience of 0-1 year in any Healthcare BPO setting. - A university degree or an equivalent qualification that involved at least 3 years of formal studies. - Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute (WPM) or completion of typewriting lower preferred. - Experience of 1+ year(s) in using a computer with Windows PC applications, involving tasks such as keyboard usage, screen navigation, and learning new software tools. - Availability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, between 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM, and flexibility to accommodate business needs. - Effective communication skills (both oral and written) in English to facilitate information exchange with clients.
