Key Responsibilities:Conduct 1-on-1 nutritional assessments Design personalized nutrition plans based on client health goals, lab reports, body type, and hormonal needs Support clients through different phases of their journey: detox, hormone reset, gut healing, and maintenance Coordinate closely with founder to ensure an integrated wellness experience Review client food logs and progress weekly Provide nutritional guidance on special diets (e.g., thyroid, diabetes, fertility, vegan, Jain) Educate clients on functional foods, supplements, and sustainable eating habits Be available on WhatsApp/Calls for client queries during working hours Stay updated with latest research on women's nutrition, hormonal health, and food as medicine Contribute to content creation (workshop tips, diet handouts, social media, etc.)
Convert the leads into clients for wellness programs and workshops. Conduct consultation calls to explain services and close sales. Build and maintain relationships with clients through follow-ups and nurturing communication. Identify business opportunities and partnerships to expand program reach. Build strong, empathetic relationships to ensure trust and long-term engagement. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and update CRM/Excel sheets. Share weekly sales and conversion reports with the management team.
