Channel Sales Manager pune 1 - 4 years INR 4.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & Responsibilities: Partner Ownership: Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage resellers, distributors, and AV/VC system integrators across India to drive revenue growth. Sales Execution: Drive partner-led opportunities and co-sell with Hiplas direct sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. GTM Enablement: Execute partner GTM plans, including enablement workshops, AV/VC solution trainings, joint sales calls, and local marketing campaigns. Deal Management: Manage complete deal cycles via CRMqualify opportunities, support negotiations, close contracts, and ensure timely delivery. Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners, define KPIs, and implement incentive programs or corrective actions. Market Intelligence: Share competitive insights, partner feedback, and channel requirements with Hipla’s product and marketing teams to refine positioning, offerings, and pricing. Skills & Qualifications: 1.5+ years of experience in channel/partner sales or distributor management within AV/VC solutions, SaaS, IT hardware, or B2B tech sales. Proven success in selling through AV/VC integrators and achieving revenue targets via indirect channels. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and partner enablement skills with experience in joint sales engagements. Willingness to travel frequently across India for partner and customer engagements. Proficiency in CRM tools (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting). Excellent English communication skills; Hindi/regional languages preferred. Must be able to recover salary cost within the first 3 months through successful sales execution.
