You should hold a qualification of B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Chemical / Petrochemical Engineering with 2-8 years of relevant experience in Large scale bulk Inorganic / Organic chemical Batch process manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include preparing Mass & Energy balance calculations, conducting Basic & Detailed engineering, and optimizing processes. You should possess expertise in Process design, Process Equipment specifications, and simulations using software like Chemcad, Hysis, ASPEN, HTRI, etc. Additionally, you will be required to prepare SOPs, manuals, and standards for process design/optimization. Coordination, monitoring, and reporting will also be part of your role. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Chemical Engineering and consultancy services, along with knowledge of various design codes, best practices, and process software. You should be proficient in directing inspections and installation teams, have excellent coordination, monitoring, and controlling skills, and be technically sound and diligent. Previous experience in industries such as Large scale bulk Inorganic / Organic chemical manufacturing continuous process plants, EPC / EPCM companies, process optimization consultancies, or technology suppliers will be advantageous.
