Location: Gurugram, Haryana Industry: IT Infrastructure & System Integration Job Type: Full-time Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executive (Telesales) to join our business development team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads through cold calling and telephonic outreach, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in building a strong business pipeline. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided databases/lists. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the business development team. Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations. Understand client requirements and briefly explain our services (IT Infrastructure, Networking, Surveillance, Managed Services, Display Solutions, Telecom Solutions). Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written). Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Confidence in cold calling and handling objections. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a focus on results and target achievement. Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum Graduate in any stream. 1–4 years of experience in telesales/lead generation/inside sales (IT/Telecom industry experience preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
