Assist in gathering site-specific observations on contractor performance and contribute to recommendations for improvement. Continuous Improvements - Assist the regional safety manager in gathering data for root cause analysis and recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for the projects assigned. Implement the signed-off CAPA. Provide inputs for automation initiatives for safety processes. Implement the finalized automation interventions as per the defined timelines and report progress.
