You will be responsible for supporting and developing activities for AS400/iSeries platform. As a developer and support engineer, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of an order management platform. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting and resolving production issues, managing technical operations, and making small enhancements upon request of the business. This role will require you to work closely with tech teammates and business partners in an agile methodology. Basic Qualification: Education and Experience: - Bachelors in computer science or a related field Skills Required: - AS400/iSeries: 9+ years of experience - RPG ILE: 9+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining systems running on AS400 platform - BPCS ERP: 9+ years of extensive experience in BPCS software, operations, and supporting ongoing enhancements - ROBOT: 9+ years of experience in monitoring job schedules in Robot and ensuring successful runs - TurnOver: 9+ years of hands-on experience using Turnover tool for Change Management and source code management - DB2/SQL Query reports: 9+ years of experience in running queries, generating, and validating reports to support ongoing business needs - EZVIEW: 9+ years of experience in monitoring reports and logs as part of daily operations using this tool - Hawkeye R9.5: 9+ years of experience in analyzing application components using this tool - SpoolMail: 9+ years of experience in working with Spooled files and troubleshooting - SQL Query Manager: 9+ years of ability to generate reports to meet business expectations on demand - Agile or Scrum: Optional experience with Agile/Scrum project development practices Additional Skill Requirements: - SOQ - Hostfax - Vertex - Xlerator Other specific expectations for this role include schedule flexibility and availability for on-call shifts and some off-hours support. You should have the ability to communicate clearly with IT shared services teams and business partners, work within a team setting, communicate clearly with business partners and stakeholders, attention to detail, triage and troubleshooting skills, change management best practices, team collaboration, and knowledge of agile/scrum methodology.
