Job Title: Senior TIBCO Developer cum Administrator Job Location: Dubai - UAE Riyadh - Saudi Arabia Doha - Qatar Monthly Salary: AED 15k - 25k Depending on Experience, Full Tax Free Salary Project Duration: 2 Years, Extendable Experience Level Needed: 5 - 10 Years No.of Positions: 10 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Developer cum Administrator with 5 to 10 years of strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting TIBCO-based integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a dual skillset deep technical development expertise along with administrative knowledge of managing enterprise-level TIBCO environments. Role & responsibilities Design and implement integration solutions using TIBCO suite (BW 5.x/6.x, EMS, Adapters, BusinessEvents, etc.). Develop REST/SOAP services, integration workflows, and transformation logic using TIBCO technologies. Collaborate with solution architects to translate business requirements into technical designs. Review code, provide guidance to junior developers, and ensure adherence to development standards. Perform performance tuning and optimization of TIBCO applications and services. Implement CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO deployments (using Jenkins, Git, etc.). Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain TIBCO components including BW, EMS, Administrator, Hawk, etc. Monitor system health and performance; manage logs, alerts, and proactive troubleshooting. Manage deployment of TIBCO applications across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness of TIBCO platforms. Maintain security and compliance standards by managing roles, certificates, and access controls. Manage deployments, patch updates, and performance tuning of TIBCO middleware. Implement security measures including user roles, access controls, and SSL configurations. Work with infrastructure teams on system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning. Preferred candidate profile Strong experience with TIBCO BW (5.x and 6.x), EMS, Admin, Hawk, Adapters, BusinessEvents. Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, XSD, WSDL. Hands-on experience with scripting (Shell, Python) and basic Java programming. Solid understanding of integration design patterns, middleware architecture, and microservices. Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.) and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
