Our mission is to foster skill development, learning, and adaptation for a better quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Lucknow. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with neuro-developmental and neurological conditions. Day-to-day tasks include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The Occupational Therapist will also need to document patient progress, provide guidance to patients and their families, and participate in integrated therapeutic programs to promote rehabilitation and skill adaptation. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and Rehabilitation techniques Strong understanding of Neurodevelopmental disorders. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to design and implement effective individualized treatment plans Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care Relevant certifications and licensure in Occupational Therapy Experience in a clinical setting is preferred Bachelor degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or related field
