We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, driven Traffic Manager / Business Development Executive to help us streamline operations and grow our partner network across regions. What You’ll Do Coordinate daily movement of trucks, loads, and trips using our internal platform. Build and manage vendor, fleet, and driver relationships to ensure vehicle availability and timely load execution. Actively identify and onboard new transport partners, brokers, or fleet owners. Serve as the operational link between business leads and platform performance. Ensure full documentation and compliance from vendors and transporters. Work closely with product and tech teams to report ground-level gaps and improvement suggestions. Support clients with queries related to fleet, pricing, and delivery timelines. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years’ experience in transport, freight, or logistics coordination/sales . Fluent in Hindi and English (Bengali/Telugu/Kannada is a bonus). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM, etc.). Self-driven and reliable under pressure. Someone who understands ground operations but can also think commercially.
