Manage the lease line, PRI line, and MPLS line, monitor performance, and coordinate with ISPs for resolution. Install, configure, and troubleshoot telephone extensions, EPABX systems, IP cameras, and NVRs. Perform OS installation, patching, and maintenance of Windows and MS Office applications. Troubleshoot and manage email clients (MS Outlook configuration) and ensure smooth communication. Manage the antivirus console, including installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Maintain IT Asset Management records and oversee asset lifecycle. Handle IT procurement activities: requirement gathering, vendor coordination, price comparison, purchase order creation, and follow-up for timely delivery. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for AMCs, warranty support, and IT projects. Maintain proper documentation of IT procedures, incidents, and asset utilization. Provide end-user support with good communication and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of networking protocols. Hands-on experience in managing EPABX, CCTV, and structured cabling systems. Knowledge of firewall solutions (FortiGate, SonicWall, etc.) and router configurations. Role Description EDI filing and documentation: Prepare and submit customs-related documents—such as Bills of Entry (BOE), shipping bills, and manifests—electronically through government and port-specific portals (like ICEGATE). Customs compliance: Ensure all filings are fully compliant with national customs regulations, trade laws, and tariff classifications. The executive must stay updated on changing regulations to minimize the risk of fines or delays. Coordination and communication: Act as a liaison between the customs authorities, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate the clearance process. Shipment tracking and monitoring: Monitor the status of shipments and customs clearance activities via the EDI system to ensure goods are processed and delivered on schedule. Process Compliance: Ensuring correct application of these schemes during shipment clearance by coordinating with CHA (Customs House Agents), Customs Officers, and internal teams. Error Rectification : Identifying errors in system filings (e.g., incorrect codes, rebate mismatches) and proactively following up with Customs Officers for correction. Documentation & Record Maintenance: Maintaining systematic and updated records of all benefits claimed, corrections made, and acknowledgments received for audit and statutory purposes. Risk Mitigation: Minimizing financial or compliance risks for the organization by ensuring benefits are accurately claimed and no wrongful claims are filed. Skills & Competencies Customs knowledge: A strong, in-depth understanding of customs regulations, international trade laws, HS codes (Harmonized System), and duty structures is essential. Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure the accuracy of all documentation and data entry, which is crucial for preventing customs holds.
