Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant located in Chennai. The Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing IT Service Management processes, developing custom software solutions, managing projects, integrating systems, and working with databases to ensure seamless operations. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development and Integration Strong knowledge of IT Service Management principles Experience in Project Management Working knowledge of Databases Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience with ServiceNow HRSD is a plus
