As a Lead DevOps Engineer at Lab49, you will play a crucial role in building enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure to support cloud-native applications. You will collaborate with a dynamic project team and engage directly with enterprise clients to design and deploy innovative solutions that address their challenges and drive positive outcomes. Your responsibilities will include architecting, designing, developing, and deploying DevOps flows for cloud-native applications. You will work closely with team leadership to create enterprise solutions aligned with business and technical priorities. Additionally, you will contribute to the adoption of robust cloud architecture, development best practices, and new cloud technologies. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences will be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and automation, along with 5 years of leadership experience. Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tooling like Terraform and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and other public cloud providers are required. Knowledge of Serverless and containerized solutions, DevOps technologies, and CI/CD tools will be advantageous. Your background should ideally include familiarity with tools like CloudFormation, CDK, and Helm, as well as experience in migrating legacy applications to the cloud. A solid understanding of cloud security concepts, cloud data services, and proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go) will enhance your capabilities in this role.
