e are looking for a Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content creation, along with graphic design skills to create eye-catching visuals and campaigns that resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage day-to-day handling of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and campaigns. Design social media creatives, infographics, ads, and promotional graphics . Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly. Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. 1–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing . Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience targeting. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for captions and ad copies. Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports. Nice-to-Have Skills Basic video editing for reels/shorts. Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations. Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, HubSpot, etc.).
