Run targeted outreach via email, WhatsApp, and cold calling , keep Salesforce clean and current, and turn market research + Excel data into a steady pipeline for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Build country-wise prospect lists (mining houses, contractors, distributors) from directories, LinkedIn, websites, trade data. Run multi-channel outreach: email campaigns , WhatsApp Business messages, and cold calls ; follow structured follow-ups. Log every touchpoint in Salesforce ; keep leads/contacts/opportunities updated and de-duplicated. Book discovery calls and hand over qualified opportunities to Sales with a short account brief. Track tenders/events and schedule pre- and post-event outreach. Maintain simple, accurate Excel sheets: master prospect list, campaign tracker, weekly progress. Create short weekly reports: activities, responses, meetings fixed, next actions. Requirements 3–6 years in B2B lead generation/export sales/inside sales. Comfortable doing cold outreach (phone + email + WhatsApp) to international contacts. Hands-on with Salesforce CRM (leads, contacts, opportunities, basic reports/dashboards). Strong Excel skills (filters, sorting, pivot tables, lookups; clean data habits). Clear written English; concise, professional messaging. Organized, persistent, and target-driven.
