We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online business operations across our website and online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, inventory coordination, catalogue management, logistics follow-ups, customer support, and ensuring smooth functioning of all e-commerce activities. Responsibilities: Manage daily order processing , dispatch tracking, and delivery coordination Update and maintain product catalog on the website/portal Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely shipments Track and maintain inventory levels , stock movement, and replenishment Monitor website product data, pricing, images, and availability Handle customer queries, returns, exchanges, and escalation cases Work with marketing teams to update promotions, banners, offers, and campaigns Generate daily/weekly sales, operations, and inventory reports Coordinate with tech/website teams for content updates or issue fixes Ensure smooth operational flow and accuracy across all e-commerce processes Required Skills: Strong understanding of general e-commerce operations Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot table preferred) Good communication and coordination abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and meet timelines Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Freshers with training can be considered) Benefits: Growing e-commerce environment Learning and career growth opportunities Supportive team and good work culture
