Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Abacus Trainer, based in Rajarhat. The Abacus Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for students, preparing lesson plans, and evaluating student progress. The trainer will also be expected to create a motivating and engaging learning environment, address individual student needs, and maintain records of student performance. Collaboration with other educators and continuous skill enhancement will be part of the daily responsibilities. Qualifications Proficiency in Abacus teaching techniques and methodologies Experience in preparing lesson plans and instructional materials Ability to evaluate and monitor student progress effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to engage and motivate students Previous teaching experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field
