Haridwar Nest Villas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to manage the technical and on-site execution of our premium villa project in Haridwar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, quality assurance, and project coordination to ensure our luxury villas and supporting infrastructure are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution and Management 2. Planning, Coordination, and Reporting 3. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Required Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's/Masters/Diploma in Civil Engineering . Experience: 7-10 years of experience in residential construction , specifically working on villas, housing projects, or high-end residential buildings . Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings. Familiarity with construction planning and estimation software is a plus. Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent leadership and on-site problem-solving capabilities. Location: Willingness to work full-time on the project site in Kheda , Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Kheda, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
