Customer Service Executive Mumbai 2 - 3 years INR 2.0 - 2.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities : - Supervising customer service representative. - Co-managing the sales team and customer service team. - Handling customer complaints. - Scheduling and coordinating interdepartmental meetings and presentations. - Monitoring strategy implementation in real-time. - Working with IT in case there are tech issues that impede the customer experience. - Run effective promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention - Use existing customer data to gain new leads and potential customers - Understand previous customer behavior to better engage current customers - Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Preferred candidate profile : - A Master degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related industry - At least three years of experience in a sales, marketing from FMCG industry. - Experience in data extraction/analysis - Experience in creating campaigns and managing projects - Analytical, data-driven experience in data-processing software (for example, Excel,CRM & ERP Software) - Detail-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced working conditions - A knack for strong communication and personal skills - Previous experience in leadership and team-building of minimum 3 years. - A proven history of excellent time management skills and performance under pressure
