Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer orders and store recipes • Slice, grill, or prep ingredients such as meats, cheeses, and vegetables • Ensure freshness and proper storage of all sandwich ingredients • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area in accordance with health regulations • Restock food stations and supplies during and at the end of shifts • Take customer orders when required and provide excellent customer service • Follow portion control and presentation standards consistently • Assist with cleaning duties, including dishes, floors, and trash disposal • Comply with all safety and hygiene policies and procedures
