Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th grade pass or equivalent. Bachelor s degree preferred.
