Job Title: Tour Operation Executive/ Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, coordinate, and execute tours, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality services. 2. Manage tour logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activities. 3. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless tour execution. 4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. 5. Monitor tour progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly. 6. Collaborate with Hotels, Transporters, Tour guides, drivers, and other stakeholders. 7. Maintain accurate records and reports. 8. Prepare and review financial statements, invoices, and reports. 9. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. 10. Willing to Travel for outbound operations. Requirements: 1. Experience in tour operations or hospitality industry. 2. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. 4. Knowledge of destination management and tour planning. 5. Experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software. 6. Attention to detail and analytical skills. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
