In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with workers, visiting their homes for verification, and maintaining accurate records in our mobile application. You will also work from our office where accommodation and meals will be provided. Key Responsibilities: * Receive incoming calls from workers and handle queries or updates. * Visit workers’ homes to conduct in-person verification as required. * Collect, verify, and update worker details in the company’s mobile application. * Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry of worker information. * Maintain clear communication between workers and the company. * Support the operations team by reporting issues, feedback, or irregularities. --- Requirements: * Minimum \[Education Requirement – e.g., 12th Pass or Graduate]. * Good communication skills in \[languages required – e.g., Telugu, Hindi, English]. * Willingness to travel locally for worker home verification. * Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and data entry. * Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
