As an IP Technical Expert Center Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex IP network issues, diagnosing hardware/software challenges, and providing solutions for customer problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead deployments, drive root cause analysis, and contribute to product enhancements. Your role will also involve mentoring, ensuring high-quality standards, and supporting critical production networks while driving innovation and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Debug complex product installations and problems by applying established procedures and creative alternatives. - Write technical application notes and field notices. - Assist and advise Tier 1/2/3 network architecture and implementation teams. - Provide technical and sales support for Test and Evaluations, New Product Introductions (NPI). - Coordinate upgrade programs for Tier 1 customers. - Provide emergency support to customers on a global basis 24/7. - Contribute technical requirement inputs based on customer deployment experiences. - Maintain technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies. - Support the creation and release of hardware/software documentation and customer notifications. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7-15 years of relevant experience. - Experience or interest in working in a customer support role and environment. - Proven aptitude for methodical problem solving. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work well in a close-knit team. **Additional Company Details:** Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks. Additionally, the technician will assist with end-of-life hardware replacements scheduled for 2025. Duties And Responsibilities: - Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities - Good understanding of installations and updates - Floor walking activities to support Deployment activities - Assist in training end-users during all upgrade phases - Must have 1 year of MS O365 and Windows 10/11 experience - Provide hand-off to other service delivery areas prior to project closure - Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems - Take on other duties as assigned from time to time - Assist in IT Client Services Support for all Oceaneering Offices - Other special duties as assigned by Management - Ensure that the safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to as far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications: Required: - Minimum BS degree in a related field (i.e. computer science, MIS, etc.) - 1 year of experience as a Tier II technician, including 1 year of hands-on experience with Hardware/Software application and Windows 10 & Windows 11 OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting - Experience with Microsoft Azure - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of Hardware/Software troubleshooting Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics: - Office 365 - Active Directory - Hands-on experience with Hardware/Software application and Windows 10/11 OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting - Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment - Practical knowledge of Active Directory Federation Service, Azure and O365 solutions (SharePoint online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner etc.) - Quickly respond to technical assistance requests and excellent people skills with the ability to handle difficult personnel situations Working Conditions: This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows: - Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night - Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace - Work surface is stable (flat) Oceaneerings policy is to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants.
