As a Service Desk Engineer in Chennai, you will be responsible for providing L1/L2 IT support for hardware and software issues. You will also manage user accounts, troubleshoot network and connectivity problems, and handle the ticketing system efficiently. In case of complex issues, you will escalate them as needed to ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and hold a qualification as Any Graduate, with preference given to IT/CS background.
