To be successful in this role, you should have 8-13 years of industry experience in mechatronics, thermal controls, electronics cooling, and hardware/firmware debugging. Proficiency in server operation, Linux, CAD software (especially CREO), and strong communication skills are essential requirements. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on controls or mechatronics is desirable, along with experience in electronic cooling solutions and computer programming languages such as Python or C.
