Role Overview: Cuzor Labs is seeking a dedicated Testing Engineer with robust experience in testing methodologies, power electronics hardware, and scripting skills. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our innovative power electronics products through meticulous testing and validation. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for power electronics products. Utilize a deep understanding of testing methodologies and processes to identify product issues and ensure high quality standards. Perform rigorous hardware testing, specifically focusing on power electronics components and systems. Create and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Clearly document testing results, providing insightful feedback to design and development teams. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify root causes, propose solutions, and verify product improvements. Ensure all products meet relevant industry standards and safety regulations. Work with design and production teams to address quality issues and implement improvements. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate results. Required Skills: Proven experience (3-6 years) as a Testing Engineer, preferably in power electronics or related domains. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, processes, and best practices. Solid understanding of power electronics hardware and ability to troubleshoot effectively. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell, etc.) is a must. Demonstrable capability to quickly understand product functionality and independently create detailed and practical test cases. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and anomalies. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills for collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Certifications like Certified Electronics Technician (CET) or Certified Power Electronics Professional (CPEP). Experience working in an agile product development environment.
