Monitoring daily operations including server hardware, Network, software & operating systems. Support in Roll out of global projects on local level. Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws & regulations. Set up new computers, user accounts, profiles and deal with password issues. Maintaining and supporting client computers, mobile devices, networking equipment. Assist IT Project Manager in projects where needed Troubleshooting/Managing of EPABX Analog/Digital/IP phone system. Installation and Troubleshooting of Network Printers. Email configuration on Android phones. Follow up with service providers and external vendors to resolve technical issues. Poly Video Conferencing System setup and LAN configuration CCTV Surveillance system Administration, monitoring, troubleshooting. Fulfillment of new requirements. Shopfloor/Quality LAB machine connected computer support Preferred candidate profile
