Firmware-Updates, Parametrierung und Austausch). Du unterst tzt bei der Fernparametrierung und Firmware-Rollouts in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern. Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale entlang des Produktlebenszyklus und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemintegrationen ein (z. B. Repair Flow, Konfigurationsmanagement). Du planst und f hrst technische Schulungen f r Kunden (z. B. Clean-Up, Kommunikationsoptimierung, Performance Tuning) sowie interne Trainings f r Sales und Service-Teams durch. Du bernimmst Verantwortung im After Sales Prozess (inkl. Mehrj hrige Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme und Betreuung technischer Feldger te (z. B. Stromz hler, Kommunikationsmodule) sowie fundiertes Know-how in der Fehlerdiagnose (Analyse von Logs, Trace Files, Performancekennzahlen). Gute Kenntnisse in Kommunikationstechnologien wie LTE, GPRS, PLC, IPv4/v6 sowie in Z hler- oder IoT-Protokollen (z. B. DLMS, SML, COSEM). Erfahrung mit Technischen Support Tools wie ServiceNow, SAP, Testplattformen oder Remote Device Management-Systemen. Strukturierte, methodische Arbeitsweise z.
