Your core responsibilities will revolve around resolving and supporting various IT requirements within the organization. Qualifications include a Diploma in Computers or higher education levels, coupled with a practical experience ranging from 2 to 3 years. Key Responsibilities: - Handling provisioning, support, and troubleshooting activities. - Proficiency in M365, specifically Microsoft Exchange. - Managing hardware, operating systems, and applications for PCs and laptops. - Overseeing printer maintenance and operations. - Knowledge of UTM and network systems. - Flexibility to work in accordance with African Time Zones (WAT) as needed. - Availability to work on weekends when necessary. Other Requirements: - Proficient in both written and spoken English. - Capable of joining on short notice. - Residence in Vadodara, Gujarat.
