Job Title: Hardware and Networking Engineer (Diploma – Fresher/Experienced) Male Candidates preferred Location: NTPC Rihand, Uttar Pradesh Company: VICOM Security Pvt Ltd Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: Diploma in Hardware & Networking / Electronics / IT Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in relevant domain About VICOM Security: A Kolkata-based solutions provider since 1995 specializing in CCTV surveillance, IP video systems, communication infrastructure, and audio-video solutions. We serve banking, industry, defence, and PSU clients nationwide. Role & Responsibilities: Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV systems (IP/bullet/dome cameras, NVRs, PoE switches).Set up and maintain Public Address (channel music cum PA) systems for clear voice communication and emergency announcements. Integrate CCTV & PA with plant communication infrastructure at NTPC Rihand. Execute routine troubleshooting, spares replacement, cable management, and hardware repairs. Collaborate with senior engineers during SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning) & AMC phases. Maintain accurate logs, as-built drawings, and site documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Hardware & Networking, Electronics, or related field. Solid understanding of CCTV components (IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches).Basic knowledge of PA systems and audio wiring. Familiarity with network fundamentals (IP subnetting, switch/router configuration).Ability to work at heights and in industrial / power plant settings.
