Hardware & Network Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining hardware (computers, printers) and network devices (routers, switches). You will troubleshoot hardware and network issues to ensure reliable connectivity for users. Additionally, you will assist with the installation and configuration of devices and software, providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff. Monitoring network performance and assisting with system upgrades will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain documentation for hardware setups and network configurations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Experience with hardware troubleshooting and basic network administration is required. Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP is preferred. Possessing certifications like CompTIA Network+ will be considered a plus. This is a full-time position that requires working in person.,
