Job Description

Mission

  • We are committed to driving continuous improvement within our Hardware & Network Manager with expertise in ServiceNow to oversee IT infrastructure, network operations, and hardware management.The ideal candidate will ensure seamless network connectivity, manage IT assets, and leverage ServiceNow ITSM for efficient IT operations by timely closing of Incidents & Service Request tickets.

Responsibilities

Network & Infrastructure Management:

  • Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based network solutions.
  • Ensure network security, uptime, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage firewall configurations, switches, routers, and other networking devices.
  • Troubleshoot network outages and optimize performance.

Hardware & Asset Management:

  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals).
  • Ensure timely procurement and inventory management of IT assets.
  • Manage IT hardware lifecycle, including upgrades and decommissioning.
  • ServiceNow ITSM Implementation & Support:
  • Utilize ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Monitor service requests and ensure SLA compliance.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with security teams to manage risk assessments and vulnerability patches.

Team Collaboration & Support:

  • Lead and mentor the IT support team.
  • Work closely with other departments to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • +10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, hardware, and network management.
  • Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, ITIL are a plus.
  • Experience in ServiceNow automation and integrations.
  • Familiarity with IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
  • Ability to lead IT projects and drive process improvements.
