Perform first-level diagnostics and basic troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and networking equipment. Monitor the operational status of systems through dashboards and alerting tools. Log incidents and provide detailed reports to L2 Engineers and IT supervisors. Replace hardware components such as sensors, power supplies, or cables as per SOPs. Coordinate with airport personnel and passengers during system disruptions. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2 Engineers or OEMs. Provide shift-end handovers and contribute to daily activity logs. Follow all safety and security protocols within the airport environment. Report issues at regular intervals via Excel/Word. Perform hardware maintenance. Maintain a site report log book.
