Providing service support, troubleshooting of Solar Products (SMB, AJB WMS) Communicating with customers and engineers to ensure that services are being delivered satisfactorily. Responsibility for completing Communication/Commissioning of SMB by online support to International and Domestic sites. Providing support to the customer for communication issue s hardware issue s by Remote or by site visit. Maintain the commissioning and servicing of solar sites in excel sheet. Good knowledge of Modbus, RS 485, Fibre Optics and wireless communication protocol. Good communication skills. Travelling to domestic and International sites is must.
