As a Windows System Administrator L1 at Axis Bank WVL in Mumbai/Bangalore, your role will be to provide System Admin Support Services to enhance service quality for business users. You will be responsible for CPU, Disk, and Memory monitoring using tools provided by Axis Bank, managing disk space, system log files, user accounts, incidents, and requests. Additionally, you will handle hardware management tasks like inward/outward movements, rack-stacking, power-on activities, call logging, troubleshooting with OEMs, agent and software installations, OS hardening, infra provisioning, file management, backup/restoration, OS installation and troubleshooting, compliance management, integration with bank tools, hardware firmware upgrades, and day-to-day application support for end-users. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-3 years of relevant domain experience in Windows systems, hold a B.E./Diploma/BSC-IT qualification, and possess any certification in Windows/VMware technologies. The job type is onsite with a 24x7 shift requirement. Your technical skills should include Windows Server system troubleshooting, monitoring alert tickets, and proficiency in ticketing tools. You will also be expected to escalate user queries to the Bank's IT team and manage Cloud Windows Server Management & Monitoring.
