Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently with minimal turnaround time and maximum customer satisfaction. Maintain professional communication and a customer-first attitude throughout all interactions.

Job Summary: We are looking for an Desktop Support Engineer to help with day-to-day IT support. You will handle issues with laptops, desktops, software, and basic network problems.
