Hardware Development Intern

You will be actively involved in designing, developing, testing, and debugging hardware systems for electric bikes during your internship as a Hardware Development Intern at our company in Pune, India. Your responsibilities will include schematic design, multi-layer PCB layout, working on low and mid-power electronics, microcontroller-based circuits, communication protocols, power topologies, EMI/EMC reduction, and basic functional safety concepts. Additionally, you will be involved in board bring-up, testing, debugging, and documentation using tools such as Altium, KiCad, LTspice, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, and SMD soldering. We are looking for candidates who hold a BE/BTech or ME/MTech in EEE/ECE (2024/2025 batch preferred) with strong fundamentals in circuit design and debugging. Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (Altium/KiCad/OrCAD/Eagle), familiarity with microcontrollers, and a clear interest in EVs, power electronics, and hardware innovation are required. Immediate availability is a must for this role. Having built or contributed to college-level hardware projects, experience with functional testing or compliance standards (ISO, CE, RoHS), and exposure to manufacturing/DFM/PCB fabrication processes would be considered a bonus.
