Job Overview: As a Embedded Hardware Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of advanced hardware systems and components. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing hardware solutions, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and reliability standards. This position requires a deep understanding of hardware design principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design & Develop prototypes and assemble PCBs in house and develop partners for low volume product manufacturing Responsible for selection of components and understanding datasheets, coordinating with vendors, purchasing required components and maintaining minimum stock. Pre-test designs before handing over to firmware team Work with ODM/OEM partners to design and test hardware solutions. Responsible for selection, design and finalization of product enclosure and coordinating with vendors for the same. Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis of system bugs and improve performance Working with the firmware team to accomplish required features of each product/design Collaborate with the manufacturer engineering team and partners to ensure product quality. Work with industry partners and researchers to innovate and shape future technologies. Support production team in testing and troubleshooting. Skills & Knowledge: Should have 3-4 years of experience in hardware design including block diagram, components selection, and schematic design. PCB design (up to 4 layers) will be an added advantage. Strong experience in Embedded/ IoT hardware circuit design. Should have strong knowledge of design tool circuit studio. Hands-on experience in prototyping and validating proof of concept design. Strong experience in hardware troubleshooting. Should be strong in understanding high speed signaling, signal integrity and behavior of electronic circuits. Strong knowledge of protocol I2C, SPI, UART, MODBUS (RS232/RS485), Ethernet. ARM Microcontrollers and Microprocessor architecture and based systems, Preferably STM, Renessa, NXP Should have strong knowledge in RF fundamentals required in efficient hardware design Experience with industrial safety standards. Should have strong knowledge in BLE, Wi-Fi and Cellular communications. Soldering/desoldering SMD all packages components experience is must for prototype PCB assembly and troubleshooting work.

Title : Embedded Hardware Design Harita Techserv Pvt. Ltd Role & responsibilities Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: • Design, develop and support electronic and electro-mechanical features of products within the Controls Group utilizing Electrical Engineering skills. • Ability to understand electrical diagrams like schematics, Electrical Harness diagrams, line diagrams etc. • Computer aided design tools such as Altium and CodeWarrior, create and test electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical models, and provide support to manufacturing. Familiarity with Controls & Actuator design codes and certifications and can create product designs which comply to these standards. Thorough understanding of Controls product manufacturing requirements, product packaging, and product documentation. Maintains a thorough understanding of industry standards and trends as they apply to Controls products and Connectivity technology. Core Competencies: Experience with AC/DC motor control design and AC/DC, DC-DC power supply design desired. Experience in Industrial controls actuator/Valve product design is preferred. Experience in sensor design for IoT applications is preferred. Experience in electronic circuit design, both digital and analog, incorporating embedded microcontrollers, high voltage and current designs.
