Role & responsibilities Role: ATM-Field Customer Support Service Engineer We DPI leading IT services company looking for freshers/Experienced resource for our ATM client project. Job Description: New ATM machine installations Old ATM machine software upgradation ATM Spare parts replacement ATM security patch upgradation ATM PM-Preventive maintenance ATM CCTV installation and configuration application support. Education Qualifications: I.T.I (Electrical Electronics & instrumentation) Diploma (Electrical Electronics & instrumentation and computer) B.sc (comp), B.sc(electrical), B.sc (Electronics) MCA, BCA, M.Sc. B.E., B. tech (Electrical, electronics and computer science) Note - Freshers are applicable Basic computer hardware knowledge/ Basic computer and networking knowledge, required ATM support services training shall provide by DPI real time experience. 10-15 Days training will be provided by DPI. Salary Take home: First 30 days training period will pay stipend Rs. 5000, after 30 days Rs 14k take home. ESI & PF, Travel allowance and Mobile allowance shall pay additionally.
