Role & responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities with a focus on technical hard services Oversight of swimming pools, water quality management , and pool operators Vendor management including Housekeeping (HK), Janitors, MST (Multi-skilled Technicians) , and other outsourced partners Manage ongoing and new project launches , including site readiness, technical requirements, and stakeholder coordination Track and manage OPEX budgets , ensure cost optimization, and efficient utilization of resources Provide technical guidance and support to regional facility teams (Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad) and manage the AM - Regional FM SPOCs Handle PO/PR validation and ensure compliance with procurement processes Ensure smooth functioning of BAU (Business As Usual) operations and manage the ODIN ticketing system Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance, and quality benchmarks Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive facility-related solutions and process improvements Technical Skills & Tools: Proficient in Google Sheets , MS Office Suite Working knowledge of FM software tools such as ODIN , Oracle Ticketing , or other relevant CMMS tools Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems , pool water systems, and multi-utility facility management Preferred candidate profile Technically sound with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
