Job Description – Sr. Executive - Finance About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The role calls for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Tally ERP and end-to-end accounting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, integrity, and the ability to support both financial operations and compliance requirements, while also contributing to strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities • Independently manage accounting operations in Tally ERP (minimum 4–5 years’ hands-on experience). • Record and post entries related to service invoices, monthly expenses, prepaid items, and provisions. • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure ledgers, statements, and accounts are accurate. • Substantiate financial transactions through thorough verification of documents. • Ensure compliance with local financial and legal regulations, staying updated on new legislation and advising management on required actions. • Monitor and compute provisions, including taxation, depreciation, and other adjustments. • Prepare and review management reports, financial analysis, and account schedules on a timely basis. • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts; track actual vs. budgeted figures. • Support company secretarial, administration, and compliance matters. • Handle quarterly reporting and liaise with auditors and other professional stakeholders. • Coordinate with the office management team on financial and administrative tasks. • Document and circulate minutes of meetings and support various ad-hoc assignments as required. Desired Skills & Experience • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CA Intermediate highly preferred.• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting with Tally ERP. • Strong background in handling a full set of accounts with accuracy and reliability. • Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of precision. • Detail-oriented with a consistent focus on delivering error-free outputs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English. • Prior exposure to both audit and commercial accounting is advantageous. • Demonstrated ability to generate accurate financial reports under tight deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail, with discretion when handling confidential financial data. • Strong time management and task prioritization skills. • A structured, methodical, and professional approach to problem-solving.
