As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp, business-savvy Growth Manager to work directly with our CEO and Founders—a trusted partner who brings structure, strategic insight, and financial acumen to the table. Role Overview This role blends executive support with business strategy and financial analysis. You won’t just be managing schedules—you’ll be deeply involved in driving business intelligence, coordinating with global partners, and enabling high-quality decision-making at the leadership level. Key Responsibilities ● Act as a strategic right hand to the CEO and founding team, managing high-level priorities ● Assist in preparing decks and reports for clients, stakeholders, and potential investors ● Support the leadership in negotiation prep, strategy, and partnership coordination ● Oversee day-to-day executive operations: calendars, travel, correspondence, and project tracking ● Conduct market research on trends in PPE, FR garments, and Middle Eastern/European regulatory standards. ● Ensure execution on critical action items discussed in leadership meetings.
